Getting Your Order – Delivery

You have two options  - delivery or  self-pickup (from Kuala Lumpur)You can choose your option during the checkout process.

  • The products listed on this site are currently offered for delivery to addresses in Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore.

  • All orders for standard delivery is FREE

Delivery Times - Malaysia, Brunei & Singapore

Within 5 working days through our appointed delivery partner, Airpak.

If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our delivery partner will leave a calling card notifying you how you may arrange for re-delivery.

Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an event outside of our control.

Self pick-up option–Kuala Lumpur

Self pick-up option (“Click & Collect”) is available from the Su-Soku outlets in Sungei Wang and Pavilion (Tokyo Street).

Goods must be picked up within 14 days from the date of purchase or the sale will be cancelled.

Postage & Packaging outside Malaysia, Brunei & Singapore

Unfortunately at this moment, we cannot accept orders for delivery to addresses outside Peninsular Malaysia, East Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore.  However, we will review this policy from time to time, so please contact us by e.mail if you are interested in our products.

Packaging


All orders are dispatched in discreet packaging. Parcels have no indication of contents on the outside.  A label will indicate the sender as ELBS Corporation Sdn. Bhd.

Delivery - The Legal Bit

If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our delivery partner will leave a calling card notifying you how you may arrange for re-delivery. Our delivery partner will make a maximum of three delivery attempts before returning the order to us, in which case, we reserve the right to consider that you have rejected delivery and that the Contract is therefore cancelled. In the event of cancellation of the Contract for non-delivery, we will refund the full price you had paid for the cancelled item(s), excluding our delivery charge (if any).

Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the item(s) to the address you gave us when placing your order. You own the item(s) once we have received payment in full from you in respect of such item(s) – unless and until the Contract is cancelled, in which case ownership of the item(s) reverts to us on our refund to you in respect of the cancelled item(s). The item(s) will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery of such item(s).

*GST is included in prices of all goods as of 1st April.
